The study explore the correlation between consuming a balanced diet and enhancing academic performance among students. A comprehensive review of existing literature indicates that good nutrition significantly impacts cognitive functions, including memory retention, problem-solving abilities, and concentration levels.
Introduction:
In recent years, researchers have increasingly linked dietary habits with academic outcomes. A balanced diet encompasses adequate amounts of essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. This paper examines how adhering to a nutritious diet can positively influence students' academic performance through various cognitive enhancements.
